Raspberry and cherry fruit with rose petal, violet and loamy soil notes. Medium–full-bodied, vibrant acidity, silky texture and powdery tannins leading to a long, mouthwatering finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, sorted, traditional Burgundian vinification with vat fermentation and élevage in French oak for c.12–18 months (some new oak), followed by bottling after maturation.
