Tasting Note
Off-dry, light-bodied Riesling with lime, green apple, white peach, sugared redcurrant, jasmine and vivid slate/quartz minerality; bright acidity and saline, crystalline finish.

Western: smoked salmon, roast chicken, pork with apple, goat cheese, fresh salads. Asian: sushi/ sashimi, spicy Thai curry, Szechuan dishes, pork dumplings and other umami-rich Chinese dishes.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Riesling from Elisenberg; whole-cluster pressing and cool fermentation stopped at Kabinett-level residual sugar; usually stainless-steel tanks, bottled under natural cork.

Max Ferd. Richter is a multi-generation Mosel estate; the family owns the small Elisenberg monopole site producing quartzite-slate-rooted, intensely mineral Rieslings.
