Tasting Note

Lemon-fresh, flinty Riesling with apple, pear and stone-fruit notes, candied grapefruit and orange-zest; filigreed, crystalline slate acidity and an off-dry, mouth-filling finish.

Production Method

Hand-harvested fruit (picked ~76° Oechsle), cool fermentation to retain aromatics; bottled as Kabinett feinherb with ~25 g/L residual sugar.
