Tasting Note
Crisp, floral Riesling with green apple, white peach, lime zest and wet stone minerality; lively acidity and a subtle herbal-saline finish. Dry and refreshing.

Production Method
Hand-harvested fruit; gentle pressing, short skin contact, temperature-controlled fermentation partly in traditional oak fuders; bottled after light ageing.
