Tasting Note
Perfumed Nebbiolo: red cherry, cranberry, rose petal, cedar, licorice and spice with tobacco and dark herbs. Firm, precise, with chewy tannins and long savory finish.

Western: roasted lamb, braised beef, mushroom risotto, beef short ribs, aged Parmesan or Pecorino. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ (bulgogi), stir-fried black-pepper beef, umami mushroom soba or hot pot.
Production Method
Hand-harvested Nebbiolo; ~9–20 day maceration/fermentation in stainless steel, malolactic in French oak, aged ~18 months in French oak barriques, plus bottle aging.

A family estate founded by Mauro Molino in La Morra (first Barolo 1982). Now run with his children; ~12–20 ha in the Langhe, practicing sustainable viticulture and focused on Nebbiolo single-vineyard bottlings.
