Tasting Note
Perfumed cherry and orange peel with dark-berry, rose petal, mint and eucalyptus notes; silky, fine-grained tannins, bright acidity and a long citrus-tinged finish.

Western: braised beef, lamb, mushroom risotto, truffle dishes, aged cheeses (Comté, Pecorino). Asian: Peking duck, char siu, bulgogi, hoisin-glazed pork, rich umami mushroom stir-fries.
Production Method
Hand-harvested Nebbiolo; controlled-temperature fermentation and malolactic in stainless steel; medium-long maceration; aged 18–24 months in French oak barriques and large casks.
Vineyard Info
Family-owned Mauro Molino estate in La Morra; producing Barolo since 1982. Gallinotto is a single-vineyard (Berri MGA) high-elevation cru acquired in the 1990s; limited production.
