Tasting Note
Red and dark cherry, raspberry and orange peel with eucalyptus, licorice, leather and tobacco; iron-mineral backbone, polished yet firm tannins and a long, chalky finish.

Production Method
Medium–long skin maceration; alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel; aged ~18 months in larger casks and used French oak barriques (approx. 60% cask / 40% used barrique).
