Tasting Note
Aromas of crushed stones, white pepper, candied/red cherry and rose petal with chalky minerality, cedar and sweet oak. Medium–full-bodied, ripe but firm tannins and a long, savory finish.

100% Nebbiolo; medium–long maceration, stainless-steel alcoholic fermentation, malolactic fermentation, matured in French (Allier) barriques (c.18–24 months; ~10% new).
