Tasting Note

Perfumed Nebbiolo showing cherry, kirsch, orange peel, rose and violet, with chalky minerality, mint and white pepper; toasted spice and subtle campfire oak, medium-full palate with fine, persistent tannins and a long, savory finish.

Western: braised beef, roast lamb, mushroom or truffle risotto, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, Korean BBQ (bulgogi), beef rendang, miso‑glazed dishes.

Hand‑harvested Nebbiolo; medium‑long maceration; alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel; aged ~18 months in French oak barrels.
