Tasting Note
Perfumed and mid-weight: rose, violet, cherry, raspberry, red spice, cedar, leather, menthol and stony minerality. Refined, ripe tannins and a long savory finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Nebbiolo; medium-long maceration and fermentation in stainless steel, malolactic in steel, aged ~24 months in Allier French oak barriques (≈10% new).
