Tasting Note
Perfumed Nebbiolo: rose, violet, red cherry and blood orange with hints of incense, graphite and dried herbs. Mid-weight, mineral-driven palate with polished, grainy tannins and a long savory finish.

Production Method
10–20 day maceration; fermentation in stainless steel; malolactic in barrel; aged 18–24 months in French oak (small barrels/barriques, ~10% new); rested in bottle before release.
