Tasting Note
Aromas of rose, violet and red cherry with hints of licorice and tar. Elegant, floral and refined on the palate with persistent red fruit, saline minerality and lingering tannic structure.

Production Method
100% Nebbiolo. Extended skin maceration (≈10–20 days), alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel, malolactic in tank, aged about 18 months in French oak barrels.
