Tasting Note
Bright red cherry and strawberry with rose, orange peel, licorice and savory earth. Silky, mid-weight texture with polished tannins, baking spice and a long, slightly herbal finish.

Braised beef, osso buco, mushroom risotto, aged cheeses; truffle pasta, roasted lamb; Asian: Peking duck, soy-braised short ribs, char siu, umami mushroom hot pot, miso-marinated grilled aubergine.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Nebbiolo; medium-long maceration and fermentation in stainless steel; malolactic fermentation; aged ≥18 months in French oak (mix of barriques and larger casks). Sustainable viticulture; minimal SO2 additions.
