Tasting Note
Perfumed Nebbiolo: red cherry, raspberry, rose petal, dried herbs, tar and sweet spice, with chalky tannins, bright acidity and a long, mineral finish.

Western: braised short ribs, roast lamb, beef ragu, aged cheeses (Gouda, Comté), mushroom risotto. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean bulgogi, hearty Sichuan beef, aged soy-braised dishes.
Production Method
Hand-harvested Nebbiolo; medium–long maceration; alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel; malolactic in oak; aged ~18–24 months in large Slavonian or French oak barrels before bottling.

Family estate in Annunziata di La Morra founded by Mauro Molino (first Barolo 1982). ~18 ha of vineyards; now run with his children Matteo and Martina;-focused on traditional, sustainable practices.
