Tasting Note
Bright magenta-ruby with ripe blackberry, plum, dried violet, spice and stony mineral notes. Polished, ripe tannins, vibrant acidity and a persistent, savoury finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; 10-day skin maceration; alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel; aged ~8 months in large French oak casks (≈52 hL).
