Tasting Note
Deep ruby with garnet hues. Aromas of cherry, blackberry, violet and baking spice with a touch of mocha. Juicy, full-bodied palate with bright acidity, velvety tannins and a persistent red-fruit finish.

Western: roasted/grilled red meats, pork ragù, mushroom risotto, aged cheeses (Parmigiano, Pecorino). Asian: char siu, Korean BBQ, teriyaki beef, Sichuan pepper dishes, tomato-based curries.
Production Method
10–14 day skin maceration; alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel; minimal/no oak aging for the 2021 release; bottled after stabilization.

Mauro Molino is a family-run Piedmont estate (since 1982). 'Leradici' is from a south-facing plot in Burio (Costigliole d'Asti), chosen for its calcareous-clay soils and historic terroir.
