Bright sour-cherry and raspberry with dried strawberry, red spice and cocoa hints; lively acidity, medium body, velvety texture and a fresh, savory finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Barbera; ~6 days maceration; alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel; brief maturation in large neutral oak vats (3000 L) and/or steel.
