Tasting Note
Medium ruby with garnet hues. Aromas of marasca cherry, plum and Mediterranean balsamic herbs. Ripe red fruit on the palate, fresh sapidity, vibrant fine tannins and firm structure with a long, persistent finish.

Western: ragù pasta, grilled or roasted red meats, braised beef, semi-aged and aged cheeses. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi/grilled short rib), Sichuan-style beef, teriyaki beef, char siu, rich noodle dishes with spicy sauces.
Production Method
Hand-harvested Cannonau from Guyot-trained vines; destemmed and crushed, macerated ~12–15 days with frequent punchdowns; fermented in stainless steel and aged in stainless tanks (~6 months) then bottle-aged (~6 months).

Tenuta Masone Mannu (Monti, Sassari) — ~100 ha estate with ~40 ha vineyards on granitic sandy soils. Estate recently redeveloped under Giordano Emendatori; organic practices employed.
