Tasting Note
Deep, concentrated dark-fruit core of blackberry and plum with notes of baking chocolate, vanilla, leather and forest floor; bold, spicy palate and long, powerful finish.

Western: grilled/roast red meats, braised beef, lamb, aged Pecorino/Parmigiano; Asian: Korean BBQ, Chinese red-cooked pork, char siu, spicy Sichuan beef, teriyaki beef skewers.

Production Method
100% Montepulciano; hand-harvested, extended maceration, fermentation in stainless steel, aged in French oak barriques (often new) for 12–36 months, then bottle aging.
