Tasting Note
Golden-yellow; aromas of pineapple, white peach, chamomile, butter biscuits and toasted almond. Creamy, medium–full body with textured lees character, gentle oak spice and a long, nutty, saline finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Trebbiano d’Abruzzo; cryomaceration in pressing (≈12 hrs), fermentation and aging in French oak barrique, aged on fine lees with frequent bâtonnage, followed by bottle ageing.
