Deep ruby with concentrated black and red fruit, plum, spice, menthol and toasted oak; firm, chewy tannins and a long, savory finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Montepulciano; fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel, extended maceration, aged 12–18 months in French oak barriques and bottle-aged prior to release.
