Tasting Note

Light straw with green highlights. Aromas of green apple, citrus, white flowers and chalky minerality; crisp, lively acidity with delicate fruit and a dry, slightly saline finish.


Food Pairing

Western: grilled or pan-fried fish (Dover sole), seafood pasta, shellfish, salads, young cheeses. Asian: grilled octopus, sashimi/sushi, tempura, light Thai or Vietnamese fish dishes, seafood yakitori.

Hand-harvested Trebbiano fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks; cold-controlled fermentation, filtered, minimal oak influence; Diam closure on recent vintages.
