Tasting Note
Aromatic white with white peach, pear, citrus zest and floral notes. Fresh, crisp acidity, smooth and slightly silky texture with a clean, moderate mineral finish.

Oysters, grilled/poached white fish, linguine alle vongole, lemon-roasted chicken, goat-cheese salad; sashimi/sushi, Vietnamese spring rolls, light Chinese stir-fry with ginger & scallions, seafood tempura.
