Tasting Note
Dark cherry, blackcurrant and plum with violet, tobacco and a touch of smoked spice. Medium-full, savory palate with firm, rounded tannins and a persistent, slightly smoky finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Montepulciano; destemmed, 10–15 days maceration at ~28–30°C; stainless-steel fermentation and aging to preserve fresh fruit, light barrel/neutral wood exposure in some cuvées.

Masciarelli, founded 1981 in San Martino sulla Marrucina by Gianni Masciarelli. Now run by his family and Marina Cvetic, the estate champions Abruzzo’s indigenous varieties and modern winemaking.
