Tasting Note
Bright straw-yellow; aromas of lime, apricot, white flowers, papaya and candied fruit. Fresh, lively acidity with mineral, saline undertones, full-bodied and succulent with a long, savory finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Trebbiano; pre-fermentation cryomaceration on skins, gentle pressing, fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel; aged on lees and bottled for a minimum of 24 months.
