Tasting Note
Fresh citrus and juniper up front with tropical notes of guava, roselle and shekwasha, green/bitter melon undertones and warm long-pepper spice. Floral, bright and slightly savory with a long, warm, tropical finish.

Production Method
Awamori-style base (long-grain rice with black koji) distilled in two single pot stills (hybrid distillation). Okinawan botanicals are macerated and separately distilled then blended.
