Tasting Note

Pale, crisp and citrus-driven: lemon and raspberry distillates with floral orris, light herbal/wormwood bitterness and subtle wood; clean, dry finish, bright acidity.

Western: oysters, smoked salmon, grilled white fish, prosciutto, light salads. Asian: sushi and sashimi, tempura, grilled shrimp, marinated anchovies, light spicy Sichuan cold dishes.


Production Method

Aromatized, fortified white wine blended with neutral spirit/brandy and more than 30 botanicals (wormwood, orris, citrus, herbs); botanicals macerated/distilled and blended into the wine base.
