Tasting Note
Golden-amber cognac with honeyed acacia, dried apricot, fig and red-fruit liqueur, supported by soft spices, sandalwood and mild tobacco; rich, powerful and long on the finish.

Food Pairing
Western: seared foie gras, roasted duck or lamb, dark chocolate and aged nutty cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, miso-glazed salmon, coconut curry, rich dim sum with soy-ginger sauces.

Production Method
Double pot-distilled Ugni Blanc eaux-de-vie from the Grande Champagne cru, aged in oak casks (many up to 40+ years) and expertly blended into an XO Single Cru expression.

Vineyard Info
