Golden-copper; aromas of acacia honey, candied and dried fruit, soft spices and gentle pepper. Rich, structured palate with toasted oak, nuts and long warm finish.

Production Method
Double distillation of clear white wines in Charentais copper pot stills; blended from selected Grande Champagne eaux‑de‑vie (some >40 years) and aged in fine‑grained French oak barrels (Tronçais/Limousin).
