Tasting Note

Aromatic floral core (linden/wild flowers) with candied/dried fruit (apricot, fig), bright citrus lift, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg; full, smooth palate and long, honeyed finish.


Food Pairing

Western: foie gras, roasted duck, blue cheese, dark chocolate tart, nut-based desserts. Asian: Peking duck, char siu (Cantonese roast pork), miso-glazed fish, mooncake or sesame desserts, spiced nuts and poultry stir-fries.


Production Method

Double-distilled from Ugni Blanc; eaux-de-vie exclusively from the Borderies cru, matured in fine-grained French oak casks (Tronçais/Limousin) and bottled as single-cru expressions or aged blends.
