Deep golden-copper colour. Aromas of candied plum, apple, mocha, toasted almond and vetiver. Rounded, mellow palate with dried fruit, spice and subtle oak—long, elegant finish.
Food Pairing
Western: foie gras, aged cheddar, dark chocolate, roasted duck. Asian: Peking duck, red-braised pork (hong shao rou), char siu, mooncakes or rich dim sum.
Production Method
Double pot‑distilled Ugni Blanc eaux‑de‑vie, predominantly Borderies, matured in Limousin oak casks and artfully blended into the Cordon Bleu assemblage.
