Tasting Note
Ripe blackberry, cassis and plum with cedar, floral perfume and spice. Silky, medium‑full palate with fine powdery tannins, fresh acidity and a long, savory mineral finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; traditional fermentation in wooden and stainless-steel vats; aged ~18 months in French oak (c.50–60% new).
