Dark cherry and plum with vanilla, spice, tobacco and balsamic notes; polished oak, firm ripe tannins and a long, savory finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, grilled steak, aged Manchego, hearty stews and tapas. Asian: Cantonese char siu, Korean BBQ, hoisin-glazed pork, mushroom stir-fries, milder Sichuan dishes.

Production Method
Traditional fermentation; matured ~21 months in American oak barrels (Reserva classification), followed by bottle aging.
