Tasting Note
Concentrated blackcurrant and blackberry with cedar, tobacco, graphite and a hint of mint; firm yet silky tannins, earthy minerality and a long, spice-tinged finish.

Grilled steak, roasted lamb, braised beef, aged cheddar; Korean BBQ (bulgogi), Chinese char siu, Sichuan-style beef, teriyaki or soy-glazed red meats.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, fermented and aged 16 months in French oak barrels (≈35% new, 65% second-use); matured to balance fruit and oak with gentle extraction.
