Tasting Note

Dense cassis and plum with violet perfume, cedar, graphite and toasted oak. Powerful, full-bodied, firm acidity and very structured, youthfully tannic with a long, mineral-tinged finish.

Western: roast lamb, beef, venison, duck confit, mushroom risotto, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, beef rendang, char siu, braised short ribs, umami-rich soy/miso dishes.


Production Method

Traditional Bordeaux vinification: hand-harvested, fermented in vats, aged ~18–24 months in French oak barriques, then blended and bottled as the Grand Vin.
