Tasting Note

Perfumed blackcurrant and blackberry with violet, graphite, truffle and sweet spice. Silky, refined tannins, lively acidity, medium–full body and a long, floral, mineral finish.

Production Method

Careful hand-harvest, gentle extraction with some saignée; traditional fermentation and élevage in new oak barrels (approx. 18–24 months); strict selection for Grand Vin.
