Tasting Note
Perfumed cassis, blackcurrant and violet aromas with graphite, truffle and mineral notes; precise, elegant palate of ripe black fruit, silky silt-like tannins, bright acidity and an incredibly long, floral finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, parcel fermentation in temperature-controlled vats; matured ~18–20 months in new French oak barrels with traditional élevage and careful blending.
