Tasting Note
Perfumed violet and black-currant aromatics with Asian spice, tobacco and graphite. Medium–full body, dense black-fruit core, tight-grained ripe tannins, fresh acidity and a long, elegant finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, strict selection (36% into Grand Vin). Fermented in oak and vats, fined with egg white; aged 18–24 months in new oak barrels.
