Perfumed violet and floral nose with cassis, black cherry, cedar and pencil‑lead graphite; medium‑full body, fine tannins, bright acidity and a long, elegant finish.

Production Method

Hand‑harvested with strict selection (≈35% into the grand vin); fermented in temperature‑controlled vats and aged ~12–18 months in French oak barrels (predominantly new).
