Tasting Note
Concentrated blackcurrant and ripe dark berry fruit with violet floral lift, truffle, cedar, licorice and espresso notes. Full-bodied, silky texture, firm fine-grained tannins and an exceptionally long, elegant finish.

Western: roasted ribeye, lamb rack, truffle dishes, mushroom risotto. Asian: Peking duck, hoisin-glazed roast pork, Korean BBQ (beef bulgogi), rich soy-braised short ribs.
Production Method
Hand-harvested, parcel selection; fermentations in temperature-controlled vats with extended maceration; aged ~24 months in French oak (significant new oak); bottled largely unfiltered.
