Tasting Note

Citrus and white orchard fruit with chalky minerality, sea-spray salinity and white flowers; medium–full, satiny texture, vibrant acidity and a long, precise mineral finish.

Production Method

Hand-harvested fruit from En Montceau; pressed, fermented and aged in French oak barrels (partial new oak), malolactic fermentation with 12–18 months élevage; light fining, typically bottled with minimal filtration.


Vineyard Info

Domaine Marc Colin et Fils, founded by Marc Colin in the 1970s and now run by Damien and Caroline, owns premier-cru parcels in Saint-Aubin, Puligny and Chassagne. The family domaine (~12–20 ha) focuses on pure, terroir-driven white Burgundies.
