Tasting Note

Mineral-driven Chardonnay with pear, white peach, lemon zest and white flowers, subtle hazelnut and vanilla from light oak. Medium-full body, bright acidity and a long saline, chalky finish.

Production Method

Hand-harvested fruit; gentle whole-cluster pressing; fermentation in oak barrels and stainless tanks with ~15–20% new oak; aged ~10–12 months on lees, light bâtonnage; sustainable viticulture practices.
