Tasting Note

Citrus and white stone fruit with orange pith, mandarin, almond and subtle honeyed/petrol hints; lively acidity, textured mid-palate and a long, mineral-driven finish.

Western: roast chicken, grilled sea bass, lobster, creamy mushroom risotto; Asian: miso-glazed cod, seared scallops with soy-citrus, richer sushi (sea bream), mild Thai green curry.


Production Method

Village cuvée from four parcels; fermented and aged in oak (≈15% new) with élevage on fine lees for ~12–18 months, partial malolactic conversion.

Domaine Marc Colin (founded 1970) is a family estate run by Damien and Caroline Colin. 'Margot' is a village cuvée from ~35yo vines on lower slopes (limestone-clay), named for the family grandmother.
