Tasting Note

Blackcurrant, blackberry and dark cherry with cedar, violet, pencil lead and dark chocolate. Medium–full-bodied, polished powdery tannins, bright acidity, minerality and a long, spiced finish.

Hand-harvested; fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel and concrete vats; aged 14–16 months in French oak (≈70% new).
