Tasting Note

Perfumed Margaux with red and black berry fruits, floral violet notes, cedar and subtle cocoa. Medium-bodied with fresh acidity, grainy tannins and a focused, earthy finish; refined rather than opulent.


Food Pairing

Western: roast lamb, grilled beef, venison, mushroom risotto, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ beef, braised beef with soy, mushroom hot pot.


Production Method

Hand‑harvested; temperature‑controlled fermentation; aged 12–14 months in French oak barrels (majority new); bâtonnage on lees; bottled unfined and unfiltered.
