Tasting Note
Concentrated black and red fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant, cherry) with floral lift, tobacco, graphite and gravelly minerality. Medium–full bodied with ripe, polished tannins, bright freshness and a long, savory finish.

Western: roast lamb, grilled ribeye, braised short ribs, mushroom risotto, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, Korean BBQ (bulgogi), char siu, beef rendang, Cantonese roasted meats.
Production Method
Hand-harvested with careful sorting; fermentations in stainless steel and oak vats with temperature control; aged ~16–22 months in French oak (c.65% new) before blending and bottling.
