Tasting Note
Vibrant dark ruby; lifted mint, eucalyptus, blackcurrant, blackberry and plum flavours with subtle spice. Silky, supple tannins, juicy acidity and a medium-long, fruit-driven finish.

Western: grilled rib-eye, roast lamb, beef stew, aged cheddar; Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), Chinese char siu, Sichuan pepper beef, Japanese teriyaki steak, tandoori lamb.
Production Method
Estate-grown grapes fermented separately and blended. Minimal new oak influence to preserve primary fruit; matured briefly in neutral/older oak and stainless steel before bottling. Made for early drinking or short-term cellaring. (estimate based on producer notes).

Family-owned Majella Wines (Lynn family) on the Coonawarra terra rossa strip; estate-grown grapes from ~60 hectares planted since 1968. Winemaker Bruce Gregory has overseen production since the first vintages.
