Tasting Note
Blackcurrant, black cherry and cassis with eucalyptus, cracked pepper, clove and subtle cedar oak; medium-bodied, bright acidity, firm fine tannins and a balanced, persistent finish.

Production Method
Fermented in stainless steel then finished in French oak and stainless tanks; aged six months in oak and bottled young to retain freshness.
