Tasting Note
Vivid dark magenta with bright crimson hue. Lush eucalyptus, blackcurrant/cassis and red-berry aromas; medium-weight palate of cassis and red berries, subtle oak integration and a smooth, balanced finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, beef stews, aged cheddar. Asian: Korean BBQ, char siu pork, beef rendang, hoisin duck.

Production Method
Individual parcels fermented in stainless steel ~5 days, finished in French oak barrels and stainless tanks, matured ~6 months in oak, then blended and bottled to retain freshness.

Vineyard Info
Majella, founded by the Lynn brothers on Coonawarra terra rossa over limestone since 1968. Known for estate Cabernet and Shiraz; first Majella Cabernet produced in 1994.
