Tasting Note
Dense blackcurrant, plum and blackberry with mulberry, dark spice, mint and vanilla oak. Rich, mouth-filling palate with integrated fine tannins, dark chocolate notes and a long, spicy finish.

Grilled or roasted lamb chops, roast beef or slow-cooked brisket; aged hard cheeses (cheddar, manchego). Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), char siu, spicy Sichuan beef, teriyaki or miso-glazed steak.
Production Method
Hand-picked estate fruit; small-batch fermentations in static fermenters; matured ~18 months in new French oak; final blend selected from oldest‑vine barrels.
Vineyard Info
Majella, family-owned since 1968 on Coonawarra's terra rossa soils. Founded by Brian and Anthony Lynn; Malleea produced since 1996 from oldest estate vines as a premium Cabernet–Shiraz blend.
